What is a Grand & Toy Subscription?
A Grand & Toy Subscription allows you to schedule and control automatic deliveries of your favourite products so you never run out.
How do I create a subscription?
- You must be signed in to your account to enroll in a subscription
- Select item(s) you would like to automatically reorder
- Select "Subscribe", "New Subscription Order" or "Add to An Existing Subscription" and click "Subscribe Now"
- Follow the steps to name your subscription order and set order frequency
- Click "Next" confirm your subscription order, payment and delivery details
- Review and accept the program terms and conditions
- Submit your subscription
- To edit, manage and view your subscription details, go to "My Subscriptions" under your "Accounts" menu at the top page menu when signed in
- After your first subscription order, you'll receive an email with your order status
How often are items sent to me?
You can schedule for items to be delivered from any of the following options:
- Daily
- Weekly
- Every __ Weeks (option to select from 1 to 52 and Day of the week)
- Monthly (Option to select day of the month 1 - 31)
- Monthly - Alternate (Option to select the first, second, third, fourth or last day of the week of each month)
Can I change a subscription once I start?
Yes, it¿s simple to revise a subscription. All you have to do is sign in to your Grand & Toy account. Select "Accounts" on the top menu and go to "My Subscriptions". You can edit your quantity, frequency and/or delivery date. If you cancel your subscription and recreate it, any related incentive and/or item discount will also be cancelled and you may choose from the then-current item discounts and/or incentives available. Note: In order to change your shipping address and credit card information, you will need to cancel your order, and create a new subscription with the corrected information. Subscriptions orders with a Free hardware item cannot be changed or revised under "My Subscriptions". One of our Customer Service representatives can assist you.
I'm going on vacation - can I pause my subscription?
Absolutely. From your account page after you login simply select "place order on hold". You can also change the frequency of your shipment there. This does not apply to subscriptions with a free hardware item.
When will I be charged?
You will be charged when your order has shipped. For your first subscription order, the price will be confirmed when you enroll. After your first subscription order, you will be notified when the subsequent orders are shipped and the then current price for the item.
When can I expect my delivery to arrive?
You should receive your order within 1-3 business days from the shipping date.
Can I cancel my order once it's been shipped?
You cannot cancel your order once it's been shipped. You can manage future orders in "My Subscriptions" under your "Accounts" menu at the top of the page when signed in.
Can I return items from my subscription?

How do online product discounts work with my subscription?
Your subscription order will be priced at the time of shipment. If your subscription item is on sale or eligible for other online promotions at the time your order is placed and your order meets the promotion guidelines, you'll automatically receive the discounted price and/or promotion. Additional discounts via promo code or online coupon cannot be applied to Subscription orders. We reserve the right to exclude subscription orders from certain online promotions at any time.

What is a Grand & Toy Subscription?
For this special Free Keurig Brewer promotion, you must commit to purchase a minimum amount of K-cups every month for a 1-year period in order to receive a one-time delivery of a Keurig brewer from the list of available options. Can I change a subscription once I start?
Once you have received your free Keurig brewer and committed to purchasing the required amount of K-Cups, you cannot cancel your subscription order, however the assortment of K-Cups can be revised. Call Customer Service for more information.

Can I return items from my coffee with a free Keurig brewer subscription?
Grand & Toy will not accept returns on Keurig brewers or food items.here.
Can I cancel my coffee with a free Keurig brewer subscription?
If you wish to cancel your commitment to purchase K-cups after receiving the free Keurig brewer before your term is complete, you will be charged a portion of the cost of the brewer.
If the commitment program is cancelled within:
- 3 months 100% of the cost of the machine will be automatically charged to your account.
- 3-6 months 75% of the cost of the machine will be automatically charged to your account.
- 6-9 months 50% of the cost of the machine will be automatically charged to your account.
- 9-12 months 25% of the cost of the machine will be automatically charged to your account.
