Advanced Service Plan

Onsite Support
A technician will provide onsite support at your place of business for issues that can't be solved remotely.

Hardware Support
Get break/fix  services on your covered devices.* Includesdamage due to issues outside of wear and tear, active forces of nature, business-class and non-business class equipment.*Devices must be covered under warranty. Parts will be charged separately. MACDs (move-add-change-disconnect) are not covered.

Ongoing Virtual CIO Advisory Services
Strategy sessions include assessments, roadmaps, planningand more. Included time is defined below:
