Do I have to sign in to grandandtoy.com to see my Invoices?

No you don't have to go online however we recommend taking advantage of all the features our E-Invoicing platform has to offer. Still not interested? A PDF copy of the invoice will be emailed to the accounts payable contact set up on the account.

When our account is switched over to paperless billing will we continue to get a paper invoice?

Once your account is converted to online billing, we will no longer be sending out paper copies.

How can I get a paper copy of my invoice?

All Invoices can be downloaded and printed by signing in to your account at grandandtoy.com.nline billing, we will no longer be sending out paper copies.

How will I get my invoices if they will not be mailed to me?

A copy of the Invoice will be sent by Email to the accounts payable contact set up on the account.

What is the format of the invoice attachment?

The invoice will be sent in a PDF format attached to the email.

How will I know what is outstanding on my account?

A monthly statement will be emailed on the 1st day of each month in a PDF format if your account is set up to receive statements otherwise, a statement will be emailed only when invoices are past due.

How can I change my email address?

To ensure you receive your email notification each month, update your account online with any changes to your contact details and email address or Email us the new contact details along with your account number apcontactchanges@grandandtoy.com.

What do I do if I do not receive my invoices or statements?

First, check your junk email folder and if your email notification is there, please add customerbilling@grandandtoy.com to your safe recipients list. If it’s not there, sign into your online account to check the accounts payable contact the invoice was sent to. You may also view your invoices and statement online in E-Invoicing. Still having trouble, contact us.

Have changes been made to the layout of our invoices?

The electronic Invoice will look exactly the same as the paper copy only environmentally friendly.

When will I receive my first electronic bill?

All accounts will be converted October through to December 2017.

How often will I receive a bill?

You will receive an email with each order/invoice that is billed to your account. If you are on consolidation billing, the email will be sent to you based on your billing cycle.

Your statement of account will be updated on a daily basis. You can log-in at any time to view the current details on your account.

Various sort options are available to help you search for a specific invoice, including sort by Invoice number.

Invoice history remains on the account for 18 months.

Can I export my invoices?

Yes, export options are available online and include both summary or detailed invoice information in PDF, tab delimited or comma delimited formats.
