- Accepted waste: individual candy wrappers, cookie wrappers, snack bags, multi-pack snack bags and family-size snack bags
- Unaccepted waste: do not include any food waste or cardboard master cartons, organics, broken glass, bio-medical waste, soiled diapers, expired medication, pesticides, paint, pressurized canisters and medical sharps
- Collected waste is mechanically and/or manually separated into fibres and plastics
- The fibres (such as paper or wood based products) are recycled or composted and the plastics undergo extrusion and pelletization to be moulded into new recycled plastic products
- When box is full, simply call UPS to pick up your box the next day for free
