What types of purchases DO NOT count towards my balance?

How do I know what my available balance is?

By logging into your account online, calling our Customer Service Center at 1-866-391-8111 or by contacting your dedicated account manager (if applicable).

When do my points expire?

Grand & Toy reserves the right to expire Rewards Points if there is no purchase activity on your Grand Rewards™ Account for twelve (12) consecutive calendar months. Membership will be deemed as inactive and all accumulated Rewards Points will be forfeited.

What can I use my points to purchase?

You can use your points towards any future purchases placed on your account, with the exception of promotional branding services and applicable restocking fees. See full terms and conditions for details.

How long do I wait until my points are available for me to redeem?

As soon as you've reached the required $500 spend threshold, you will be required to wait approximately 30 days (some exceptions apply) from the date of invoicing related to your most recent applicable purchase(s). (ie: You've spent $450 to-date and place a $75 order today. You will wait approximately 30 days from the day your order has completely invoiced).

Can I transfer my points balance to someone else?

You will have the ability to transfer a portion or all of your available points balance to another members account so long that you share common billing or ownership, and are both members of Grand Rewards™ (ie: If your company has two locations who are members of the program, one location can transfer funds to the other).

What happens to my points if I close my account?

If you choose to close your account before depleting your available points, we reserve the right to take back any outstanding points or points pending.

How can I redeem points?

You can redeem your points through any shopping methods capable of applying charges directly to your Grand & Toy account (online, by phone, by fax, by email).

What is the value of Grand Rewards™ points?

1 Grand Rewards™ point is equal to $1 CAD when redeemed on a product purchase.

Can I opt-out of the program?

You can opt-out of the program by calling either your dedicated account manager or our Customer Service Centre at 1-866-391-8111 and filing a formal request.

Can I apply my points balance to an outstanding invoice?

No. Points can only be redeemed on eligible future purchases placed on your account.
